RETURNS:

     Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return the goods together with the receipt in the same condition that they were received in. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and packing.

     If the order is cancelled before the goods have been dispatched there will be a full refund. Please note, goods are usually dispatched within 24 hrs. of the order being placed. Once goods have been posted the returns policy applies.

DAMAGED GOODS:

     Please let us know if goods arrive damaged or if there are any other problems within three days of receipt.

MIMIMUM ORDER:

     There is no minimum order.

POSTAGE COST:

     Postage is £2.95 per order and £4.95 worldwide. Orders over £50 postage is free within the UK.

DELIVERY:

    We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri). Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

     Many of the beads that we sell are hand made and therefore the size and colour may vary from batch to batch. we make every effort to reproduce the colour of the beads as accurately as possible.

When metal beads are described as gold, silver or copper, this describes the colour of the bead and not the type of metal they are made from. 

Sterling silver beads or findings are marked STS.
We cannot guarantee that the beads will remain colour fast.
